About Gaidant

Good judgment.
Real-world progress.

We build practical AI products and help leaders find a clear way forward. Two parts of one practice, grounded in the work that needs to happen.

The thinking

Here to guide.
Built to help.

The name Gaidant reflects our role: to guide and assist. Useful technology and clear thinking are how we put that into practice.

Products keep us close to the work.

We build AI products for real operational needs, starting with Cadence for construction teams. Working through the details of delivery informs the advice we give: what is useful, what is feasible, and what it takes to make something work in practice.

Advice starts with your context.

Our consultancy helps leaders make decisions about AI strategy, governance and implementation. We begin with the actual problem, explain the trade-offs, and help shape a practical next step that fits your team.

How we can help

How we work

A small practice. Clear commitments.

What you can expect when you work with Gaidant.

Grounded in practice

Building products keeps our advice close to what teams can actually deliver. We start with the work and the people doing it.

Direct by design

Expect a clear recommendation, the reasoning behind it, and an honest account of the trade-offs. You should know where we stand.

Independent judgment

Recommendations follow your needs. If our own products are part of the conversation, we make that interest explicit and explain the fit.

Principal-led

You work directly with the person responsible for the recommendation and its delivery. The person you brief stays with the work.

Honest about fit

We are deliberately small. We scope work carefully, know our boundaries, and will tell you when another approach or partner is better suited.

Discreet

Your decisions deserve space to develop. Engagements and client work stay private unless you choose otherwise.

Founder & Principal

Alois Oh

Alois works at the intersection of strategy, technology and execution. He advises senior leaders on how their organizations adopt new technology, then helps them deliver the work that follows.

His focus is the practical end of AI: framing the right question, assessing what the technology can do, and turning ambition into something a team can build, govern and defend. His work spans the boardroom decisions and the engineering detail that connects them to delivery.
