These terms govern use of gaidant.com and any free materials we publish. They are not the terms of any paid engagement, which are governed by a separate engagement letter signed by both parties.

About these terms

By using gaidant.com or downloading material we publish, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website

The website is provided as general information about our practice. Nothing on the website is a binding offer of services. Engagements begin only when both parties have signed a written engagement letter.

Free materials

We publish free materials, including the Board AI Readiness Checklist. These materials are provided for your internal use within your organization. You are welcome to share them with colleagues and use them in your own assessments. Please do not:

• Reproduce them in commercial materials or training products.
• Remove our attribution.
• Modify and redistribute them as if they were your own work.

If you would like to use our materials beyond internal use, email contact@gaidantai.com and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis. We are usually happy to say yes.

No advisory relationship

Reading the website, downloading our materials, or having a discovery call does not create a client or advisory relationship. We are not your advisor until you have signed an engagement letter and we have begun work.

Information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation. If you act on something you read here without engaging us or another qualified advisor, you do so at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, and original content of the website are the intellectual property of Gaidant. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them in derivative works without permission, except as expressly allowed in the "Free materials" section above.
