How fast can we start?
Discovery calls are usually within 5 business days. From a signed engagement letter, an Assessment can typically begin within 2–3 weeks. Solution Development and Strategy engagements follow scoping calls and have a slightly longer mobilization window.
We've already engaged a large consultancy - why work with you?
Different role. Large firms are well-suited for organization-wide programs, change management at scale, and headcount-intensive delivery. We sit upstream of that - helping you frame the strategic question and stress-test the answer before you commit to a multi-year build. Many clients use us alongside a Big 4 engagement, specifically for the independent voice in the room.
Do you handle technical implementation, or just strategy?
Both. Strategy and Governance work product is paper. Solution Development is working software. Most clients begin with an Assessment or Strategy engagement and decide afterward whether they want us to build the system itself. We are deliberate about not converting every advisory engagement into a build - independence is the asset.
How do you stay independent if you also build solutions?
Two safeguards. First, we are not a reseller of any platform - we make no margin on vendor selection regardless of who is chosen. Second, the Solution Development engagement is scoped on its own merits, with its own statement of work, and we will refer the build to a partner if our recommendation is to use a vendor solution rather than custom. The integrity of the advice protects the practice.
What if we're not ready for an Assessment?
Start with a discovery call - it's 30 minutes and free. If a paid engagement is not the right next step, we will tell you, and where we can, point you to someone better suited or a less expensive starting point. Some clients also begin with a single-question Executive Advisory engagement before committing to anything larger.
Is this remote or in-person?
Most engagements run remote, with selective in-person workshops for kickoffs, board readouts, and key stakeholder sessions. We are based in Singapore and travel for client work across APAC and the Middle East. For clients elsewhere, the engagement model adapts - what does not change is senior, principal-led delivery.
What size organizations do you work with?
We work with leadership teams of organizations large enough that AI decisions have material consequences - typically annual revenue from a few hundred million upward, or smaller organizations facing a single high-stakes decision. We are deliberately a small practice and decline engagements where we are not the right fit.
How do engagements typically end?
Defined-scope engagements (Assessment, Strategy, Governance) end on the deliverables and a clean handover. Executive Advisory is quarterly with no minimum lock-in beyond the current quarter. Solution Development includes a defined transition to your team or operating partner. We are not optimizing for indefinite billable hours.
